Equipment
- non stick grilling pan
- blender/mixer
Ingredients
Chimichurri sauce recipe
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and crushed black pepper to taste
Cooking Ingredients
- 3 Flank Steak Cutlets beef steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp olive oil in preheated non stick grilling pan
- Once the pan is hot add 3 Chimichurri seasoned marinated flank steak cutlets to it You should marinate the stakes for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight
- Cook for 3 minutes on each side on medium flame. By now you should see nice grill marks on both sides of the steak cutlets.
- Wallah! Your Chimichurri Steaks are ready. Transfer to plate. Enjoy!
