- 1 Nonstick Grilling Pan
Ingredients
Cheeseburger Ingredients
- 1 Brioche bun
- 1/2 LB ground beef sirloin - 80%Lean/20% Fat
- 4 slices natural medium cheddar cheese
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP cooking oil
- 4 dill pickle chips
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 red onion-sliced & grilled
- Salt & Crushed Black Pepper to taste
Cheeseburger Sauce Ingredients
- 1 TBSP mayonnaise
- 1 TSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season ground beef sirloin in a bowl with Salt & Black Pepper. Make 2 patties, set aside
- Slice onion and tomatoes. Set aside with other toppings: dill pickle and cheddar cheese slices
- Prepare sauce by mixing sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside
- Add butter to preheated grilling pan. Toast Brioche bun slices in it. Remove from pan, set aside
- Add cooking oil to grilling pan. Once hot grill burger patties & onion slices
- Cook burger patties for 2 minutes per side then place cheese slices on top
- Once cheese begins to melt turn off heat.
- Next spread sauce on bottom brioche bun slice
- Layer with dill pickle slices then place first burger patty on it
- Layer with tomato slices then place second burger patty on top
- Place grilled onion slices on 2nd patty then place top brioche bun slice on it
- Make sure to spread sauce on top brioche bun slice
- Walla! Your delicious Double Cheeseburger Supreme is ready!
