Greek Souvlaki-How To Make Souvlaki Kebabs

I have fond memories of eating hot Souvlaki on cold winter days in New York City. These Street vendors had the best souvlaki kebabs at a reasonable price! I have created this recipe just the way they used to make them. Enjoy!

Greek Souvlaki-How To Make Souvlaki Kebabs

I have made this awesome Greek Souvlaki by marinating pork tenderloin in white wine vinegar, herbs & seasonings. After being grilled these kebabs go on a warm Greek Pita Bread garnished with onion, tomato & smothered with home made Tzatziki sauce. Simply delicious!
