Ingredients for Miso-Soy Marinade

  • 3 TBSP White Miso paste
  • 2 TBSP Rice Cooking wine
  • 1 TSP Sesame oil
  • 1 TBSP Ginger - grated

ingredients for Cooking Red Snapper

  • 1 LB Red Snapper fillet - cut into 2 pieces
  • 3 TBSP Cooking/veg. oil

Ingredients for Garnish

  • Some shallot - thinly sliced
  • Some Chili Oil

Instructions To Marinade Red Snapper Fillets

  • Mix ingredients listed for marinade above in a bowl. Coat red snapper fillets on all sides & set aside for 30 minutes

Instructions For Cooking Red Snapper Fillets

  • Heat large non-stick pan. Once pan is hot add cooking/veg. oil
  • Swirl pan to coat evenly
  • Once oil is hot add marinated red snapper fillet skin side down
  • Cook both sides for 3 minutes each or until fish is cooked n flakes easily
  • Transfer Miso-Soy Glazed Red Snapper to serving dish
  • Garnish with shallot sliced and Chili Oil
  • Wallah! Your delicious Miso Soy Red Snapper is ready!
