1 Nonstick pan
Ingredients For Marinade/Brushing Sauce
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 TSP garlic powder
- 1 TBSP hand crushed dry oregano
- Salt, crushed black pepper, red chili pepper powder to taste
Other Ingredients
- 1/2 LB Orange Rough fish fillet
- 2 TBSP cooking/veg. oil
- 1 Small Tomato - sliced into roundels
- 2 Radish - sliced into roundels
In a small bowl add all ingredients listed under Marinade. Mix well, set aside
Clean and pat down Orange Roughy fish fillet with paper towel
Brush both side of fish fillet with marinade, set aside
Heat a nonstick pan on medium high
Once hot add cooking/veg. oil to pan
As soon as oil starts to smoke sear fish fillet on both sides/2 minutes per side
Transfer fish fillet to serving dish
Spoon cooked Orange Roughy fish fillet with remaining juices from pan
Serve with round tomato & radish slices seasoned with salt & black pepper
