Chimichurri sauce recipe
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- salt and crushed black pepper to taste
Cooking Ingredients
- 3 Flank Steak Cutlets beef steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Add 2 tbsp olive oil in preheated non stick grilling pan
Once the pan is hot add 3 Chimichurri seasoned marinated flank steak cutlets to it You should marinate the stakes for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight Cook for 3 minutes on each side on medium flame. By now you should see nice grill marks on both sides of the steak cutlets.
Wallah! Your Chimichurri Steaks are ready. Transfer to plate. Enjoy!
