Add & mix ingredients listed under Ingredients For Marinade. Set aside
Make cuts on the fat side on the pork chops so that they don't curve up
In a glass tray/bowl place the pork chops and drizzle all the marinade over it
Be sure to turn the pork chops so that both sides are coated with marinade
Cover with plastic wrap/film and refrigerate for 8 hours
After 8 hours remove pork chops from fridge and let them be at room temperature for 1 hour
Preheat a large nonstick pan/skillet on medium high and add cooking oil
Once oil is hot add pork chops and sear/cook them for 2 minutes per side
Remove seared pork chops from pan, set aside
Next add minced garlic to same pan
As soon as garlic begins to brown deglaze pan with bourbon
Once the Bourbon starts to reduce& thicken add butter
Swirl the pan to mix well then add pork chops back to pan
Sear for 30 seconds per side, smothering the pork chops with bourbon-butter sauce with a spoon, to give them a good glaze

Transfer to serving dish by placing them over stir fried cabbage. Enjoy!
