In a bowl dredge/coat chicken with ingredients listed above for it
Set dredged chicken aside for 20 minutes
Next cooking oil to preheated saucepan
Once oil is hot sear/brown dredged chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes
Remove seared chicken pieces from saucepan once done, set aside
Next add butter to pan after reducing heat to medium setting
Once butter has melted toss in minced garlic, stir fry for 30 seconds
Now deglaze pan by adding chicken stock, mix well
Add dry oregano, salt & crushed black pepper
Add seared chicken back to the saucepan, mix well, cook for 3 minutes
Adjust seasonings to taste then add some freshly chopped parsley
Mix well & transfer to serving bowl/dish
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
