FRUIT CHAAT

Fresh fruit, seasoned with fresh herb, spices and lemon juice. Refreshingly delicious, healthy and easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 15 fresh strawberries cut into half
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 bunch red or green grapes
  • 2 tsp Chaat Masala - available at Indian grocery stores/online on Amazon
  • 1 juice of fresh lemon, seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 finely chopped green chili
  • salt n black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a glass mixing bowl place all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix well.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Enjoy for up to 3 days.
  • Wallah! Your fruit chaat is ready to be served!

Notes

Fresh Fruit Chaat can be enjoyed right away or chilled and eaten later.
