Fresh fruit, seasoned with fresh herb, spices and lemon juice. Refreshingly delicious, healthy and easy to make!

- 15 fresh strawberries cut into half
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 bunch red or green grapes
- 2 tsp Chaat Masala - available at Indian grocery stores/online on Amazon
- 1 juice of fresh lemon, seeds removed
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro/coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 finely chopped green chili
- salt n black pepper to taste
In a glass mixing bowl place all the ingredients mentioned above. Mix well.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator. Enjoy for up to 3 days.
