SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

Chicken wings marinated in a slew or spices, lemon juice and more. Oven cooked to perfection! Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. Can't stop eating them!

Equipment

  • Ovenproof Non Stick Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 uncooked chicken wings with skin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt, adjust to personal taste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper powder
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1 tbsp veg. oil

Instructions
 

  • Put all the above ingredients in a zip lock bag. Shake well. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375* F.
  • Once oven reaches 375*F temperature place 4 large chicken wings in a pan and place in oven.
  • Flip them upside down after 15 minutes, cooking them for a total of 25 minutes.
  • Remove pan with wings from over. Transfer to a plate/platter.
  • Wallah! Your Spicy, Delicious Chicken Wings are ready!

These wings are very easy to make and taste Oh so delicious!
Be sure to have a oven proof pan or sheet. Make sure you wear mittens while placing and removing them from the hot Oven! Enjoy!
