SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

- Ovenproof Non Stick Pan
Ingredients
- 4 uncooked chicken wings with skin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt, adjust to personal taste
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 1 tbsp veg. oil
Instructions
- Put all the above ingredients in a zip lock bag. Shake well. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375* F.
- Once oven reaches 375*F temperature place 4 large chicken wings in a pan and place in oven.
- Flip them upside down after 15 minutes, cooking them for a total of 25 minutes.
- Remove pan with wings from over. Transfer to a plate/platter.
- Wallah! Your Spicy, Delicious Chicken Wings are ready!
