How to make Italian Sausage
ITALIAN SAUSAGE

- Non stick pan
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 links spicy italian sausage available at most supermarkets
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 green bell pepper (capsicum) julienne
- salt and crushed black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add olive oil in heated pan, swirl pan to coat it evenly
- Next add italian sausage to the pan, cook for about 3 minutes turning each side to get a good sear on all sides.
- Now add water to the pan, cover with lid and cook for 3 more minutes
- Remove from pan and set aside on chopping block
- Now add onions and green bell peppers to the pan. Saute until crisp, about 3 minutes. This will add flavor from all the juices & bits of sausage left behind
- Slice the cooked italian sausage in 1 inch pieces and add them back to the pan
- Mix well so that veggies get the the spicy awesome flavor from the cooked sausage
