Scrambled Eggs Recipe-How To Make Anda Bhurji
SCRAMBLED EGGS - ELEVATED!
Equipment
- Non Stick pan, spatula
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil canola or any other vegetable oil
- 1 each chopped onion
- 1 each green chili pepper Serrano or any other green chili will do
- 5 large white eggs beaten
- pinch each salt and crushed black pepper
Instructions
- Add oil to heated pan, swirl pan to coat it evenly
- Add onion and green chili pepper, saute for 2 minutes with spatula
- Add eggs and start folding them in , add salt and freshly grounded black pepper
- Mince the eggs with spatula to scramble them into small pieces for 2 minutes
- Add half of the chopped cilantro, mix and transfer to plate
- Finally garnish with cilantro and enjoy them with buttered French roll toast.
