Add sesame oil to heated sauce pan, swirl pan to coat
Next add onions, saute until light brown in color
Now add soy sauce and half of the sliced ginger, stir wel,l then add chicken stock
Stir everything in the saucepan then add mushrooms and salt per taste
Next add 2 cups of water, green chili pepper and black peppers
Stir well then add Chinese cooking wine. Now add lo mein noodles
After 2 minutes add shrimp and cook further for more minutes
Transfer to a soup bowl and garnish with remaining ginger slices and cilantro
