BEEF WITH BROCCOLI - CHINESE STYLE
Steak sliced into thin pieces, marinated in Soy/ginger/garlic marinade. Cooked with broccoli in a Chinese sauce. Served with steamed rice. Simply Delicious!

Steak Marinade
- 1 lb steak cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp soy sauce Regular
- 2 tbsp Aji-Mirin
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch broccoli cut into large florets
Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 cup beef broth store bought
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce Tamari or other brand
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp veg. oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Cooking Instructions
Add veg.oil to wok stir fry beef on high flame until brown and cooked. Remove from wok, set aside
In a sauce pan boil water then add broccoli florets. Remove after 2 minutes. Drain Set aside
Add Stir Fry Sauce to wok, Bring to boil then add cooked steak pcs. Mix well for a minute
Next add broccoli. Mix everything well for about 4 minutes.
Transfer Beef with Broccoli to serving plate. Serve with steamed sticky rice
