FANTASTIC is how this Indo-Mexican Fusion Flatbread Pizza tastes! Naan Indian flatbread topped with Mexican Chihuahua shredded cheese, home made Pico de Gallo salsa, fresh avocado, jalapeno pepper & cilantro toppings! Just 5 minutes prep time & 5 minutes in a toaster or regular oven and you are done!

- 1 Precooked garlic naan bread - store bought
- 1.5 Cups Shredded Mexican chihuahua cheese
- 1/2 Avocado - cut into small chunks
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo salsa - recipe link in Notes below
- 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro - chopped
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325* F
While oven is heating up place garlic naan in an oven ready tray/cookie sheet
Layer garlic naan flatbread with chihuahua cheese
Next spread Pico de Gallo salsa on top of it
Then place fresh avocado and jalapeno slices.
Garnish with fresh cilantro
Press down a bit with spatula, then place it in oven for 5 minutes

Plate it with other half of sliced avocado and top it with Pico de Gallo salsa
