Heat a large Dutch oven or sauce pan on medium flame, add olive oil
Once oil is hot add pancetta. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fat is rendered
Add ground sirloin beef, sauté until it is almost cooked
Push beef to one side and add onion, sauté for 2 minutes then add garlic
Mix well. After 30 seconds add tomatoes
Cook down tomatoes until they begin to mush, then add potatoes
Now add salt, black pepper & red chili flakes to taste
Next add celery, carrot, cook for 2 minutes then add beef broth
Stir quickly then add water, simmer on low for 5 minutes, add ground cumin
Mix well and simmer for another 15 minutes to thicken soup
Cook down tomatoes until they begin to mush, then add potatoes
Now add salt, black pepper & red chili flakes to taste
Next add celery, carrot, cook for 2 minutes then add beef broth
Stir quickly then add water, simmer on low for 5 minutes, add ground cumin
Mix well and simmer for another 15 minutes to thicken soup
Your delicious soup is ready to serve!
